WE SEND ONE CONCENTRATED DOSE OF SEMEN PER SHIPMENT
We can not take an order for a shipment after A Good Machine
has been collected/extended/packaged--he's collected at 6AM CST so we MUST know the evening before a shipping day if you will need a shipment for your mare.

We ship on a first called-first served basis.
Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday
from early February through June 30th.
You MUST call the evening BEFORE a shipping day to place an order.

1)  When your mare begins cycling, please call to be put on a “tentative” shipping list so I’ll know approximately how many mares we may be shipping to on a certain date.  We ship on a first ordered, first shipped basis.

2)  According to our contract, “a request for a shipment of cooled semen must be made by 5:00pm CST the evening PRIOR to shipping time”.   IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that a shipment is ordered on the afternoon or evening before our shipping day.  Please schedule to have your mare examined on our "non-shipping" days so you can order at the correct time.  It is very important your vet knows our shipping dates so he/she will know when to order semen. 

3)  On weekdays, A Good Machine is collected around 6:00 A.M. CST and the semen is processed/extended and packaged immediately after collection.  At no time will semen be available after 6:00a.m. CST on a shipping day.

Please make sure to have your Federal Express shipping address ready.   If shipping via the airlines for same day service, please know complete and accurate name of the closest large airport to you. 

*Shipments sent on Friday will need to go to a Federal Express address that has Saturday delivery (if your home address or vet’s office does not have Saturday delivery, this can be sent to a business close to you or to a Federal Express airport location—just make sure it has Saturday delivery availability).

Payments:   ALL BREEDING FEES AND SHIPPED SEMEN FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ANY SHIPMENT BEING MADE—WE ALLOW NO EXCEPTIONS! 
   If your mare progresses more rapidly than you expect and you need a shipment that hasn’t been pre-paid, just call us--we accept Visa & Mastercard for your convenience!
